Due to diverse renovations (e. g. decreased standing places, fenced-in guest area with separate entry) we are able to meet the football associations' security restrictions. Thus, the Uhlenkrug stadium is suitable for the NRW-league, after some smaller renovations in the near future it will even be suitable for the regional league. The capacity now amounts to 9.950 spectators.
The Gruga stadium, which we used as an alternative venue in the Second German Bundesliga, is knocked down.
After the voluntary relegation from the Second German Bundesliga, our professional team returns to the Uhlenkrug stadium.
Matches of the professional team are held at the municipal Gruga stadium, our amateur and youth teams keep playing at the Uhlenkrug stadium.
